Every BLC group begins with a woman who has a burden for discipleship and a willingness to gather others. She doesn’t need to be a Bible scholar or have all the answers — she needs a heart for God and a desire to see women grow.
The first step is always prayer. Before inviting anyone, facilitators spend time asking God to reveal who should be part of the group.
This prayerful approach ensures that each group is formed by God’s leading, not human planning.
