Many women long for deeper faith, real spiritual friendships, and a clear path for growth. BLC was created to meet that longing.
It began in 2005 in Orlando, Florida when Jennifer Adamson, a women’s ministry director, sensed a calling to help women grow in Christ through long-term discipleship, dependence on the Holy Spirit, and deep friendship. She invited 11 women into a multi-year experience that would become the foundation for BLC.
What began with one small group has grown into a movement. Since 2005, over 1,300 women have participated in BLC groups across multiple cities. Each woman who completes the journey carries the impact into her home, church, workplace, and community.

When women gather around the person and work of Jesus Christ, masks come off and honest spiritual sisterhood begins. BLC creates the sacred space where deep, lasting friendships are formed.

BLC is biblically based and teaches women to rightly handle God’s Word and apply it to the real needs and issues of life today.
Each lesson is designed to deepen understanding of Scripture while providing practical application for everyday challenges, relationships, and calling.

Women who complete the BLC journey emerge biblically grounded, spiritually mature, deeply relational, and equipped to disciple others. They carry what they’ve learned into their homes, churches, workplaces, and communities, multiplying the impact of their faith for generations to come.
Transformed Lives
The transformation I have experienced through growing in God’s love while in the loving company of my sisters has been amazing.
BLC has reenergized my walk with the Lord. The relationships the women in our group are developing have a realness and depth rarely found in today’s culture.
When I think about how BLC impacted my life, I think about control. Learning how to give control up to God is one of my best lifelong lessons. That God is always in control is a great lesson.
But if from there you seek the Lord your God, you will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul.
